Rodolphe Wacy de was born in 0988 in <, Rouen, Seine-et-Maritime, France>.¹   Rodolphe Wacy de's father was Robert UNKNOWN and his mother was Havlive de Normandie. He had three brothers named Ralph de GRACE, Richard and Guillaume.  He was the second youngest of the four children. He had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Alan III de, Alan La, Geoffrey II de, Robert de, William de, Adela de and Hawise de.
