Manolis Laskaris 
Manolis was born about 1169 in of, Nicaea, Bursa, Turkey.1 Manolis' father was Manolis Laskaris and his mother was Ioanna Karatzaina or Phokaina. His maternal grandparents were I Theodore and dau of Alexios III Eufrozina. He had six brothers named Georgios, Emperor Of The Laskaris IX, Emperor Byzantine Empire and Nicea, Alexios, Isaak and Duke Laskaris. He was the oldest of the seven children.
