John Kingsley 
John was born about 1640 in Boston, Suffolk, MA.1 John's father was Stephen Kingsley and his mother was Marie Elizabeth Spaulding. His paternal grandparents were John Kingsley and Katherine Butler. He had a brother and four sisters, named Samuel, Tabitha, Eleanor, Kingsley and Mary. He was the youngest of the six children. He died on December 12th, 1698.1 General Notes
