Gilbert De Stoke

Gilbert was born about 1092 in Manor Brunlee, Cheshire, England.¹   Gilbert's father was Ranulphus De Praers and his mother was Miss De La Feritate.  His maternal grandfather was William De La Feritate. He had five brothers named William, Richard, Geoffren, Roger and Matthias.  He was the third oldest of the six children.  He died after 1180.¹ 

‌Gilbert and Isolde were married in a religious ceremony about 1117.¹
