William De Chesney

William was born about 1070 in Street, Sussex, England.¹   William's father was Ralph Sire De Quesnay and his mother was Maud Waterville.  His maternal grandfather was William de Waterville. He had three brothers and a sister, named Ralph, Roger, Alexander and Sibyl.  He was the third oldest of the five children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Philip de, Lord Caenby Chesney and Sybil.

He had a biological daughter named Adelaide.
