Walter (Earl Of Ulster) was born about 1230 in Connaght, Ireland.1   Walter (Earl Of Ulster)'s father was Richard (Justice of Ireland) De Burgh and his mother was Egidith De Lacy.  His paternal grandparents were William (Lord of Connaught) De Burgh and Mor O'Brien; his maternal grandparents were Walter De Lacy and Margaret De Braiose.  He was an only child.  He died on July 28th, 1271.1

‌Walter (Earl Of Ulster) and Aveline were married in a religious ceremony about 1257 in Of, Surrey, England.1   They had a son named Richard (Red Earl).
