Abiah Carpenter

Abiah was born on April 9th, 1643 in Weymouth, MA.¹ Abiah's father was William Carpenter and his mother was Abigail SEARLES. His paternal grandfather was William Carpenter; his maternal grandparents were Edward Searles and Elizabeth Gifford. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John, William, Joseph, Samuel, Hannah and Abigail. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He had a half-brother named William.
