Mary Brown

Mary was born about 1643 in Providence, Providence, Rhode Island.¹ Mary's father was Chaddus Brown and her mother was Elizabeth Sharparrowe. Her paternal grandparents were Arthur Browne and Mrs. Arthur Brown; her maternal grandparents were John Sharparrowe and Mrs.John Sharparrowe. She had six brothers and two sisters, named John, James, Jeremiah, Daniel, Judah, Chad, Phoebe and Deborah. She was the second youngest of the nine children.
