Clara Augusta was born on March 21st, 1861 in Warwick Rhode Island.1 Clara Augusta's father was Warren Bradford Knowles Browne and her mother was Maria Augusta Bates. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Northup Browne and Ann Knowles. She had a brother and two sisters, named Arthur, Helen and Florence Bucklin. She was the oldest of the four children. She had a half-sister named Gladys. She died at the age of 51 on February 27th, 1913 in Nashua New Hampshire.1 General Notes
