deceased, in full satisfaction of his demand of right of
his wife from the estate of Daniel Guerrant, deceased, and
also his wife's right to the estate of her two deceased
children Daniel and Peter Guerrant, "being this daySettled
and arbitrated by Thomas Turpin, John Harris and George
Garrington." The receipt was witnessed by Jos. Beingley and
