p 2- Monday Nov 12th , 1821: Betsy Polly Bolinger, this day
personally appeared in open court and , with the assent of
thecourt, resigns 'his' administration on the estate of
Isaac Bolinger, deceasd.
p 10- Monday 12 Nov 1821: Betsy Polly Bolinger, widow and
relic of IsaacBolinger, deceased, presented to Court her
petition, prying that her dower beassigned her on the real
estate of her deceased husband lying in CCTN and
particularly specifying said lands, and Frederick Bolinger
JR the adminstrator of said estate, and Frederick Bolinger
SR the guardian of the heirs of Isaac Bolinger, deceased,
all of whom are minors, being in court and acknowledging
that a copy of said petition and notice and a notice
according (p 11) tolaw been severally served then it is
ordered by the court that the Sheriff ofthis county summon
a jury of twelve men, according to law, who shall go
together with him upon the premises and assign and lay off
to said widow an relect her legal dower n those lands of
which her husband died seized and possessed and make a
report of their said assignment to the next term of this
court, according to law.
