Samuel Ratliff

Samuel was born about 1728.  Samuel's father was Robert Ratliff and his mother was Mary Touchstone.  His paternal grandfather was Richard Ratliff. He had eight brothers and a sister, named Richard, Daniel Stephen, William, Silas, Reuben, Ruben, Benjamin, Willam and Lydia.  He was the fifth oldest of the ten children.
