Sarah was born about 1659 in Of Sandwich, Barnstable co., MA.1 Sarah's father was Ezra Perry and her mother was Elizabeth Burgess. Her paternal grandparents were Edmund Perry and UNKNOWN Sarah; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Burgess and Dorothy Waynes. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Ezra, Benjamin, Samuel, Deborah and Remembrance. She died on October 20th, 1734 in Sandwich, Barnstable co., MA.1 General Notes
