Sarah was born in September 1676 in Eastham,Barnstable,Mass. Sarah's father was James Freeman and her mother was Sarah Merrick. Her paternal grandparents were Bridges Freeman and Bridget Evelyn Fowler; her maternal grandparents were William L. Merrick /Myrick and Rebecca Tracy. She had three brothers and six sisters, named John, Nathaniel, Benjamin, Rebecca, Mercy, Patience, Susannah, Mary and Elizabeth. She had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Robert, William, John, Nathaniel John, Elizabeth and Mercy. She died at the age of 62 on August 23rd, 1739 in Harwich,Barnstable,Mass.General Notes
