Elizabeth Browning 
Elizabeth was born about 1775 in Caswell County, North Carolina. Elizabeth's father was Joshua R. Browning. Her paternal grandparents were John Browning and Elizabeth Demarest. She had three brothers and four sisters, named William, Joshua R. Jr., John, Phoebe, Mary, Margaret and Nancy. She was the oldest of the eight children. She died about 1850.-
