Miles Terry

Miles was born on March 11th, 1809.¹   Miles' father was John Terry and his mother was Esther Brown.  His paternal grandparents were William Terry and Rachel Manson. He had eleven brothers and a sister, named Josiah, William, George F., Haden, John, Elijah, Elisha, J. Elias, Thomas, Daniel, Jasper and Esther (Easter). He had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named John, William, Elisha, Elias, Thomas, Sally, Esther, Rachel and Elizabeth.  He died in Perry County,Indiana.  He was buried in Wheatley Cemetery,Perry County,Indiana.

‌Miles and Cynthia Ann Walker were married in a religious ceremony on November 19th, 1865.  They had two sons and four daughters, named Henry S., Aaron, Clara, Esther, Margarah and Mary Ann.

‌Miles and Nancy M. were married in a religious ceremony in Perry County,Indiana.  They had a son and three daughters, named John Newton, Lucinda, Louisa and Sarah Jane.
