Peter was born in of Glastenbury,Hartford,Connecticut. Peter's father was Eleazer Strong and his mother was Jemima Stiles. His paternal grandparents were Jedediah Strong and Abiah Ingersoll; his maternal grandparents were Robert Stiles, Jr. and Ruth Bridges. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Eleazer, Jesse, Amos, Joel, Ruth, Jemima, Irene and Deborah. He died on November 2nd, 1807.General Notes
