Jemima was born on October 27th, 1700 in of Glastenbury,Hartford,Connecticut. Jemima's father was Robert Stiles, Jr. and her mother was Ruth Bridges. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Stiles and Elizabeth Frye; her maternal grandparents were Josiah Bridges and Ruth Greenslip.
