Perry V. Sloan 
Perry V. was born on August 28th, 1867 in Marengo,Crawford County,Indiana. Perry V.'s father was John Eads Sloan and his mother was Celeste Ann Weathers. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Neal Sloan and Mary Eads; his maternal grandparents were Vincent Weathers and Elitha Eleander May. He had four brothers and a sister, named Lyman Edward, John William Clark, Benjamin Lee, Treat Foresta and Nevada. He was the oldest of the six children. He had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named Ridgely, Clayton, Delancy, Cecil, Wayne Walter and Lulu. He died at the age of 41 on February 3rd, 1909. He was buried in row 23,near father,Marengo Cemetery.-
