John C. Powers 
John C. was born on September 13th, 1882. John C.'s father was Truman Glenn Powers and his mother was Abigail Elizabeth White. His paternal grandparents were George Powers and Harriet Day; his maternal grandparents were Dr. Ansel B. White and Eldora Bryant. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Elmer, Charles Franklin, Perry Winfield, Carl Cleveland, Clyde "James", Zylpha Ellen, Ida M., Rachel, Lyda A. and Chloe. He died at the age of 90 on November 22nd, 1972. He was buried in Maple Grove Cemetery.-
