Nancy was born in Nelson County,Kentucky. Nancy's father was Thomas Pound and her mother was Sarah Kester. Her paternal grandparents were John Pound and Sarah Martin; her maternal grandparents were William Kester and Elizabeth Ferguson Lacock. She was an only child. She died on September 9th, 1862 in Prairie Creek,Indiana.-
