William Nicholas HOFFMANN 
William Nicholas was born about 1866 in ,New South Wales,Australia. William Nicholas' father was Nikolaus HOFFMANN and his mother was Eleanor MORGAN DUNN. His paternal grandparents were PHILIPP HOFMANN or HOFFMANN and Katharina BAMBACH; his maternal grandparents were Evan MORGAN and Mary McNAMARA. He had five brothers and seven sisters, named John Phillip, Hedley Samuel, Michael, Thomas Lewis, Walter H, Mary Jane, Annie Isabelle, Barbara Eleanor Elsie, Lillian May, Voilet Gertrude, Elizabeth Augustine and Phillipa Mary. He was the second oldest of the thirteen children. He died on July 12th, 1938.General Notes
