Peter Ferguson 
Peter was born on June 22nd, 1803 in Christian County,Kentucky. Peter's father was John Ferguson and his mother was Susan Ashby. He had a brother and a sister, named Thomas Crow and Elizabeth (Betsey). He was the oldest of the three children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named John L., Catherine and Emeline. He died at the age of 56 on November 5th, 1859 in Pike County,Indiana. He was buried in Spurgeon Cemetary,Spurgeon,Pike Co. IN.
‌Peter and Margaret Ann Addison Burton were married in a religious ceremony on July 27th, 1826 in Evansville,Vanderburgh County,Indiana. They had seven sons and two daughters, named James Silas, John, Thomas, Jackson, Joseph, Levi, Henry, Mary and Mahala.
