Joseph Ferguson 
Joseph was born on September 18th, 1838 in Pike County,Indiana. Joseph's father was Peter Ferguson and his mother was Margaret Ann Addison Burton Twiford. His paternal grandparents were John Ferguson and Susan Ashby; his maternal grandparents were James Twiford and Margaret Addison. He had six brothers and two sisters, named James Silas, John, Thomas, Jackson, Levi, Henry, Mary and Mahala. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 69 on April 20th, 1908 in Pike County,Indiana. He was buried in Spurgeon Cemetary,Spurgeon,Pike Co. IN.-
