Neva was born on April 15th, 1888 in Mount Victory,Ohio. Neva's father was John Burrey and her mother was Alice Mary Miller. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Burry 2 and Mary Ann Carr. She had four brothers and a sister, named Starley Preston, Leon , Sr., Orva, Elmer LeRoy and Margaret. She was the oldest of the six children. She had two half-brothers named George , Jr. and Leonard Charles. She died at the age of 29 in July 1917.-
