Margaret was born on July 10th, 1896 in Mt. Victory,Ohio. Margaret's father was John Burrey and her mother was Alice Mary Miller. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Burry 2 and Mary Ann Carr. She had four brothers and a sister, named Starley Preston, Leon , Sr., Orva, Elmer LeRoy and Neva. She was the third oldest of the six children. She had two half-brothers named George , Jr. and Leonard Charles.-
