Catherine Vanasse 
Catherine was born on August 28th, 1676 in Cap DE La Madeleine. Quebec.1 Catherine's father was Francois Noel Vanasse Dit Precour and her mother was Jeanne Fourier. Her paternal grandparents were Paul Vanasse and Barbe Mancel; her maternal grandparents were Pierre Fournier and Jeanne Buson. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Nicolas Vanasse Dit, Francois Vanasse, Sebastien Jean Baptiste, Claude, Etienne, Marie Madeleine, Jeanne, Marguerite, Marie Anne and Gabrielle. She was the third oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 87 on January 14th, 1764 in St Francois Du Lac, Yamaska, Quebec.-
