Marie Jerome's father was Jean Patris and her mother was Catherine Vanasse. Her paternal grandparents were Pierre Patris and Leonarde Ville-Longeu; her maternal grandparents were Francois Noel Vanasse Dit Precour and Jeanne Fourier.
