Mary "Polly" Thomas 
Mary "Polly" was born on May 25th, 1770 in Orange County, North Carolina. Mary "Polly"'s father was Griffith Thomas and her mother was Charlotte Huffman. Her paternal grandfather was Rhys Thomas; her maternal grandparents were George Huffman and Elizabeth Shaffer. She was an only child. She died at the age of 84 on October 1st, 1854 in Haw River, Orange County, North Carolina. She was buried in Trollinger Cemetery at Haw River, North Carolina.
‌Mary "Polly" and Henry were married in a religious ceremony on February 28th, 1789 in Orange County, North Carolina. They had two sons and a daughter, named John, Henry and Mary.
