Griffith Thomas 
Griffith was born in 1739 in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Griffith's father was Rhys Thomas. He was an only child. He died at the age of 61 in 1800 in Haw River, Orange County, North Carolina.
‌Griffith and Charlotte were married in a religious ceremony in 1768 in Pennsylvania. They had a daughter named Mary "Polly".

Mary "Polly" was born on May 25th, 1770 in Orange County, North Carolina. She died at the age of 84 on October 1st, 1854 in Haw River, Orange County, North Carolina. She was buried in Trollinger Cemetery at Haw River, North Carolina.
