Joseph Tetreau 
Joseph was born on June 17th, 1783 in St. Mathias, Vercheres PQ. Joseph's father was Augustin Tetreau and his mother was Marie Dozois dit Chicoine. His paternal grandparents were Jean-Baptiste Tetreau and Madeleine Goulet; his maternal grandparents were Pierre Chicoine and Marie-Louise Dubuc. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Augustin Leon, Pierre Venant, Francois Olivier, Christophe, Jean Baptiste, Louis, Marie Anne Lucie, Marie Victoire, Marguerite Pauline, Marie Charlotte Gasparde and Marie Elisabeth. He was the second youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 66 on October 2nd, 1849 in St. Cesaire, PQ.-
