Alexander Richardson

Alexander was born on January 6th, 1820 in Lafayette, Montgomery, Va. Alexander's father was Risden Riley Richardson and his mother was Sarah "Sallie" Jewell. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Richardson and Nancy Ann Quesenberry; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Wesley Jewell and Elizabeth "Betsy" Graham. He had a brother and five sisters, named Powell, Elizabeth, Jewell, Mary, Sarah Jane and Jemima. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He had two half-brothers named Risden and Noah. He died at the age of 86 on October 18th, 1906 in Lafayette, Montgomery, Va. He was buried in Richardson Cem., Lafayette, Montgomery, Virginia.
