William Proctor

William was born in 1720 in Edgecombe, NC. William's father was Grey Thomas Proctor and his mother was Anne Stuart. His paternal grandfather was Grey Proctor. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John Gray, Richard, Mary and Sarah. He was the youngest of the five children.
