Atlas Perry 
Atlas was born on November 8th, 1818 in Chatham Co. NC. Atlas' father was James Perry and his mother was Elizabeth Meehler Roberts. His paternal grandparents were William Perry and Sarah Johnson. He was an only child. He died at the age of 66 on July 8th, 1885 in Chatham Co. NC.General Notes

ghbor girl, Sally Murray, and became a Quaker on 29 May 187
5, according to Quaker records.
They had a son and seven daughters, named Joseph Edward Lee, Nancy Virginia, Bettie Ann, Mary Emaline, Sarah Arabel, Rosetta Vashti, Angelia Josephine and Lora Axie Elvira.
