Jacques Hertel 
Jacques was born before 1620 in Fecamp, Pays-de-Caux, Normandie, France. Jacques' father was Nicolos Hertel and his mother was Jeanne Miriot. He was an only child. He died on August 10th, 1651 in Trois Rivières, St-Maurice, Quebec.
Jacques and Marie were married in a religious ceremony on August 23rd, 1641 in Province Québec, Nouvelle France. They had a daughter named Marie Madeleine.
