Bertha de Braose 
Bertha was born in 1151 in Bramber, Sussex, England. Bertha's father was William de Braose Sheriff of Herefordshire and her mother was Bertha de Pitres of Gloucester. Her paternal grandparents were Philip de Braose and Aenor de Totnais; her maternal grandparents were Miles de Pitres Earl of Hereford 3rd and Sybil de Neufmarche. She had a brother and two sisters, named William, Matilda and Sybil. She was the second youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 84 in 1235.-
