Rachel Shipley 
Rachel was born in 1745 in Anne Arundel Co.,Maryland. Rachel's father was Robert Shipley Jr. and her mother was Sarah Dorsey. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Shipley Sr. and Elizabeth Stevens; her maternal grandparents were Michael Dorsey and Ruth Todd. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Edward, Robert, George, Ann, Naomi, Lucy, Margaret, Mary and Nancy. She died at the age of 59 in 1804 in Beech Fork,Washington Co.,Kentucky.-
