Drogo of Champagne's father was Pepin of Heristal and his mother was Plectrude. His paternal grandparents were Duke Ansgise of Austrasia and Begga of Landen; his maternal grandparents were Hugobert and Irmina. He had three half-brothers named The Hammer, Childebrand of Perracy and Childebrand of Perracy. He died in 0708.General Notes
