Earl William De Montague

William was born in 1301 in Salisbury, Wiltshire, England and his baptism took place in 17-18 1320. William's father was William De Montagu and his mother was Elizabeth de Montfort. His paternal grandparents were Sir. Simon De Montacute and Ausrick De Courci; his maternal grandparents were Baron John De Montfort and Alice De Plaunche. He had three brothers and six sisters, named John, Simon, Edward, Maud, Alice, Mary, Katherine, Hawise and Isabel. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Baldwin II De and Joan. He died in Windsor Castle, Berkshire, England. He was buried in Bisham, Berkshire, England.
