Aesinde(Adelaide) of Anjou, known as Blanka, was born in , Anjou, France. Blanka's father was Ct. Foulques II of Anjou and her mother was Gerverge of Arles or Gatinais. Her paternal grandparents were Foulques I of Anjou and Roscille of Loches; her maternal grandparents were Ct. Rotbaud II of Arles or Gatinais and Countess of Arles. She had three brothers and a sister, named Geoffroi (Gausfred) of Anjou, Grisegonnelle, Bouchard IV of Vendome and Agnes of Anjou. She died in 1002.General Notes
