Horace Griffis 
Horace was born on October 28th, 1907 in Kings Creek. Horace's father was Charles Griffis and his mother was Harriet Bidner. His maternal grandparents were John Frederick (Frederick) Bidner and Mary Rose. He had a brother and a sister, named Alfred and Beatrice. He was the youngest of the three children.-
