Alfred Griffis 
Alfred was born on October 14th, 1900 in Kings Creek. Alfred's father was Charles Griffis and his mother was Harriet Bidner. His maternal grandparents were John Frederick (Frederick) Bidner and Mary Rose. He had a brother and a sister, named Horace and Beatrice. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 76 on November 3rd, 1976. He was buried in Branxton.-
