William Payne 
William was born in 1907 in Questa,New Mexico. William's father was Andrew Lee PAYNE and his mother was Refugio Baylon. His paternal grandparents were George Washington Payne and Cynthia Elizabeth Gee. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Leroy, Pattrick, Lee Andrew, Margrett, Bessie, Alice, Eddnia, Mary and Ruby. He was the oldest of the ten children.-
