Enguerrand I de Coucy

Enguerrand I was born about 1042 in Coucy,Ardennes,France.  Enguerrand I's father was Dreux Lord of BOVES and his mother was Adele Lady of COUCY.  His paternal grandfather was Hugues Lord of BOVES; his maternal grandfather was Aubie Lord of COUCY. He had a brother named Enguerrand I.  He died in 1116.

‌Enguerrand I and Adele were married in a religious ceremony before 1073.  They had a son named Thomas I.
