Alice was born about 1304 in Hadley,Staffordshire,England.1   Alice's father was Hugh , Lord Audley de Audley and her mother was Isolde de Mortimer.  Her paternal grandparents were James , Lord Marcher de Audley and Ela Longespee; her maternal grandparents were Edmund [Sir] , 7th Baron Mortimer DE MORTIMER Lord Wigmore and Margaret de FIENNES. She had two brothers named Hugh and Hugh , Earl of Gloucester.  She was the youngest of the three children.  She died in Greystoke,Northumberland,England.  She was buried in Cathedral,Durham,Durham,England.2 1

‌Alice and Ralph fitz Robert were married in a religious ceremony on November 25th, 1317 in Dispensation: Stretton Audley,Oxfordshire,England.3   They had two sons named Ralph fitz Ralph and William fitz Ralph , Lord Greystoke.
