Adelheid von was born about 1135 in <Harburg,Bavaria,Schwaben,Germany>.1   Adelheid von's father was Count Leopold I von Plain and her mother was Jutta von Õsterreich.  Her maternal grandparents were St. Luitpold III von Babenberg, Margrave of Austria and Agnes Salian Princess of the Holy Roman Empire. She had a brother named Liutold von. She had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Boniface I, King of, Ranier de, Conrad of, William Lungaspada of, Frederick of, Beatrice de, Adilasia di and Agnes de.  She died on January 6th.1
