Milo de was born in 1069 in Courtenay,Loriet,France.1   Milo de's father was Joselin I de Courtenay and his mother was Isabel (or Elizabeth) de Montlhery.  His paternal grandparents were Anton (or Hatho) de Courtenay Seigneur and N.N.; his maternal grandparents were Guy Seigneur De Montlhery and Hodierne De Gometz. He had two brothers named Josceline II de and Geoffrey de. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Bernard III de and Hodierne De.  He died at the age of 58 in 1127 in France.  He was buried in Abbey of,Fountain Jean,France.1
