Her paternal grandparents were Gorm del Gammel King of Denmark and Thyri (Thyra) Klacksdottir; her maternal grandparents were Olof "Mitkg" (Bjornsson) King of Sweden and Ingeberg Thrandsdotter. She had two brothers and eight sisters, named Herfast De, Herfast, Wevia Duceline, Gunnora, Senfrie, Avelina FitzRichard, Weva Crefon De, Avelina, Emma and Gundrada.
