Otto I (V) was born about 1147 in Kelheim.  Otto I (V)'s father was Count Otto IV of Wittlesbach and his mother was Princess Heilika of Burg-Lengenfeld.  His paternal grandparents were Otto of II Scheyern Count and Richardis Of Weimar; his maternal grandparents were Count Friedrich of Hopfenoe and Princess Heilwig of Hopfenoe. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Count Friedrich of, Count Ulrich II of, Archbishop Konrad of, Count Otto V of, Hedwig of and Princess Agnes of.  He was the youngest of the seven children.  He died on July 11th, 1183 in Pfullendorf.1

‌Otto I (V) and Agnes of were married in a religious ceremony in 1167 in <Kelhein,Niederbayern,Bavaria>.  They had a son and five daughters, named Ludwig I Duke, Sophie, Agnes of, Richardis, Heilwich of and Mathilde.
