Krum "The Legislator" Khan of was born about 0755. Krum "The Legislator" Khan of's father was Kardam Khan of BULGARIA. His paternal grandfather was Telerig Khan of BULGARIA. He had a brother named Khum Khan of the Bulgars. He was the older of the two children. Krum "The Legislator" Khan of is no longer alive.General Notes

Krum of Bulgaria, perhaps a descendant of Kubrat of the house of Dolo, came to the throne of Bulgaria in 802, succeeding Kardam. It is not known if Krum was related actually to Kardam. Krum was also called Crummus, Crumn, Keanus Magnus the Legislator.
